PEER COUNSELOR – PART-TIME
Department: SUPERVISED APARTMENT PROGRAM
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: Part-time position. Tuesday, 8 Hours, Wednesday 4 hours, Thursday, 8 hours for a total; of 20 hours per week. Provide individual counseling and support. Facilitate groups. Assist in creating a Wellness Recovery Action Plan. Document significant medical, psychological and social issues in chart. Other duties as deemed necessary by supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must be trained and certified to deliver peer support services to people with severe and persistent mental illness and substance abuse disorders. Bacis knowledge of mental health, substance abuse and community resources.

CASE MANAGER – PART-TIME
Department: SUPERVISED APARTMENT PROGRAM
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: Part-time position: Wednesday, 8 hours, Thursday, 8 hours, Friday, 4 hours for a total of 20 hours per week. Assesses and records medical, psychological and social factors contributing to client’s situation. Plans and records all client adjustments. Links clients to community resources and advocates on behalf of clients. Other duties as deemed necessary by supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in behavioral sciences and 2 years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in counseling, case management or rehabilitation services preferred. Valid drivers license.
